Very nice 3d animation inspiration. This one is called Stray and was made by students of iAnimate.net and directed by one guy called Andrew Atteberry.
iAnimate was founded by Jason Ryan (from Disney ans Dreamworks) and, as they said:

Well, Stray is a very nice job, so maybe they are right, I don’t know.
